Istria Business Forum - IBF is a Croatian business advisory company, headquartered in Pula. We specialise in business and strategy consulting, interim management, project, risk, procurament and supply chain management, financial-investment consulting, consulting in the area of EU and national funding, strengthening business competitiveness and consultancy to the public sector.

Our mission is to help companies and public authorities increase efficiency in their business.
Our goal
We help companies manage cost efficiently, increase their income, conquer new markets, develop and place the products, and finance their investments in the most favourable way (grants and support from both home and EU sources included), whereas we help public bodies raise their efficiency and productivity while serving the public.
Founder of IBF d.o.o.
Danijel Ferić BSc and Internal Auditor is the founder of IBF. Danijel has over 20 years of experience as business executive at Croatian Post Plc., Zagrebačka banka Plc. (Unicredit Group) and Croatian Lottery Llc, company leaders on their fields. Danijel also worked as head of finance in the City of Pula.
